The Address

A business address on your own domain, on the same account as the website. The mail does not sit with a second company.

Someone writing to the business sees the company name in the address. Replies come back to that same address, and the message carries the business rather than a free mailbox.

The Mailbox

Each person can have a mailbox. The name and the phone numbers stay the same on the site and in the mail.

We set the mailbox up on the account, then sit with you to add it on the computer or the phone, in the mail program you already use.

With the Site

Baars Media is a division of W3 Designs. The domain, the website, and the e-mail stay together.

A change of address on the site can be made in the mail at the same time. There is one account to ask, and one place where the name is kept.

The Setup

The first setup of the mailboxes is included with the hosting. A later rebuild, or a second setup, is arranged separately.

Unwanted Mail

A spam filter runs on the account, so the bulk of the unwanted mail is held back before it reaches the inbox.
